Not happy with your item? It’s okay to change your mind
Roll the important (yet a little boring) returns jargon...
Unwanted items must be returned to us unworn, unused, and in the original packaging within 14 days from the date you received your order.
All returns must be sent via the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to:-

Don't forget to pop the certificate of posting in a safe place in case your parcel goes awol in the post.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Larger items such as furniture cannot be refunded.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, sorry.
We check all orders at nookoo HQ before they are packed, if your item has arrived damaged, please notify us via email email@example.com (within 24 hours on receipt of goods). A picture is always handy if you can.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, returns must be sent via the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service, to the address listed above.
We do not replace faulty items after 6 months.
